“This has always been a special place for me since the very beginning. As children me and my sister used to love exploring the pebble igloos that visitors had made to protect themselves from the westerly winds. We spent hours searching the vast sand beach at low tide and I always loved the view across to Saunton where in later life I would enjoy surfing and the odd beach party."
